This workout consists of three rounds of worm clean and jerks with kayaking and swimming between the rounds.

GENERAL NOTES
This workout will begin with all athletes standing beside the worm. At go, athletes pick up the worm and proceed to the first section of the field prior to completing the reps in round one.
The straps on the worm may not be used at any time in any manner to lift, carry or hold the worm.
The worm will be advanced to the next section prior to completing the reps in each subsequent round.
After completing the last rep in round 3, athletes will drop the worm, turn around, pick up the worm and carry it across the start/finish line. The workout will end when the last athlete has crossed the finish line while carrying the worm.
