This workout is a buy-in of hang clean and jerks followed by max effort rounds through the obstacle course.

GENERAL NOTES
At go, one athlete will begin accumulating hang clean and jerks.
Athletes may switch in and out of the hang clean and jerks until 60 reps have been completed as a team.
At the conclusion of the hang clean and jerk, one athlete will begin the obstacle course. If the athlete completing the last hang clean and jerk is not the first athlete completing the obstacle course, athletes must tag prior to the first athlete beginning the obstacle course.
After athlete 1 has completed the obstacle course they will tag athlete 2 who will begin the obstacle course. After athlete 2 has completed the obstacle course they will tag athlete 3 who will begin the obstacle course.
The order of the athletes throughout the workout in the obstacle course must remain the same as the first round of the obstacle course.
The score for this workout is the total completed rounds on the obstacle course.
This workout is scheduled for Saturday.
HANG CLEAN AND JERK STANDARDS
A rep begins with the barbell held off the ground after being deadlifted.
The barbell is cleaned to the front rack and the rep ends when the barbell is overhead with elbows, hips and knees extended with feet together.
The barbell must pause after being deadlifted before beginning the hang clean.
All hang clean and jerks must be performed on the platforms.
The barbell must remain on the platform after being dropped after each last rep. Otherwise, one rep will be subtracted from the completed rep count.
